Vs555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time for reasonable cause. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes wherever possible.

- Any misuse of the platform may result in membership termination.
Account Creation & Security Rules
To create a valid vs555 account, users must provide an accurate name, a valid mobile number, and payment information. Registering with false information is punishable by law and vs555 reserves the right to close such accounts at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential. Sharing your login details or account access with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without permission, contact [email protected] immediately.
Vs555 may request additional ID or documents at any time to verify accounts. Deposits or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is for user protection.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a vs555 user, you confirm you are 18 or older and are voluntarily and knowingly using this platform. Opening or using accounts by minors is strictly forbidden.
Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform, using bots or automated software, or attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any form of cheating is strictly forbidden. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned and all balances may be forfeited.
Courteous behavior towards other users is everyone’s responsibility. Any harassment, fraud, or disrespectful conduct is against vs555’s service standards and will be punished.

- Any technical issues must be reported to the support team immediately.
- Protecting your personal payment information is your responsibility.
- Wallets or accounts used for payments must be registered in the user’s own name.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Terms
All transactions on vs555 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using local mobile wallets like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payments from third-party wallets or on someone else’s behalf are not accepted.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Additional time may be required if further verification is needed. vs555 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is successfully completed.
If wagering requirements for any bonus or promotional offer are not met, the related funds may not be withdrawable. Bonus terms will be stated separately and users should read them carefully.
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
- Vs555 may suspend suspicious transactions for investigation at any time.
- Vs555 reserves the right to report any suspected money laundering or fraud to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limitations & Disclaimers
The vs555 platform is provided “as is.” Service interruptions may occur due to technical errors, network issues, or unexpected obstacles. vs555’s liability in such cases is limited.
All financial risks associated with betting and gaming activities are solely the user's responsibility. vs555 does not guarantee any specific winnings and is not liable for any financial losses.
Vs555 is not directly responsible for problems caused by third-party services, payment gateways, or external networks.
Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All vs555 logos, designs, text, software, and content on the platform are protected by vs555’s intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using them without permission is strictly forbidden.
Users may view platform content for personal use only. Sharing screenshots or recordings with third parties is prohibited.
Any fraudulent activity using vs555’s brand name or logo will be subject to legal action.
Account Suspension, Closure & Legal Framework
Vs555 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or deceptive activity, use by a minor, failure to complete identity verification, or suspicious account activity.
In case of account closure, any remaining valid balance will be refunded where possible, but this may not apply if the terms have been violated. For details, FAQ Section View.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. Third-party links or services are not under vs555's control, and vs555 bears no responsibility for their content or operations.
